These little cuties above will also be making their way there this weekend. Love the bells. |
These next two "little" pairs I have to keep, have to. They both measure about 3 1/2 adorable inches long, must have been doll shoes.... |
Oooooh la la......... |
Sigh........a last look. I added the silk shoe keepers, they just look like they would be friends. I ~heart~ shoes.... |

Yes the blue velvet shoes were from Chatty Cathy 60's era... opps giving away my age! Great finds!
Thanks Diane! I had a Chatty Cathy and don't remember them....:)
I am with ya on keeping those little ones, soooo sweet, and slippers, never seen anything like them.
I would say you have some good thrifting spots if this is what you are coming home with lady!!

I've just stumbled upon your lovely blog... such a treat! How wonderful to see a precious pair of Chatty Cathy shoes... I still have my doll, with her dress and shoes, but she lives in the attic. Really should bring her down! Thank you for sparking a sweet memory for me... I'm looking forward to visiting again...
Blessings...

Gail,
I am a shoe junkie too! My faves are the beat up brown leather buster browns. I just picture the little children wearing them to school & to play in, being passed from one brother to another. Love them. Your collection is amazing, hard to choose a fave, but there is something about this litttle blue ones that just gives me chills! Lisa
